No other way to contact family

My father was recently in a bike accident after a car pulled out in front of him. Because he was wearing his Road ID, the EMTs were able to contact family members and let us know what had happened.

Multiple Road ID's and multiple accidents

Being involved in three crashes, I am very glad I have and wear my road id. The most recent accident caused me to not remember I had a daughter, it was very scary. Thank you for my Road ID's!

Accident at 30 MPH

A while back I was in a cycling accident after a pick up truck made a left turn in to me while I was riding at 30mph. My Road ID spoke for me which allowed the driver to contact my parents while wa...

A friend was hit by a car

My friend got hit by a car while running last fall. Her Road ID provided the EMTs a contact so someone could meet her at the hospital.

I forgot my allergies!

I tripped on a section of sidewalk, scraped my nose, broke my sunglasses, went to emergency care, and couldn't remember one of my allergies!

I pointed to the ID on my wrist

I was riding my bike when I took a narrow turn at an intersection and crashed. I lost consciousness upon impact.

Love my Road ID...

I love my Road ID! Mine was used in June when I was hit by a car. I am now making sure my marathon running daughter get one!

Everyone should wear a Road ID!

As a L1 Trauma Nurse, I experience the benefits of a product like Road ID first hand.  Not long ago, I had a patient who would have been a J. Doe had it not been for their Road ID.

My Road ID was so helpful in the ER

I have a pacemaker, and recently I was admitted into the Sarasota Memorial Hospital ER.

I couldn't remember my medication list

The decision to go for a short bike ride- to have breakfast down the road- ended with me in the hospital.

When my husband went down, the EMS had my number

The first time my husband had a cardiac arrest at the gym, he was a "John Doe" in the hospital for hours.

My Road ID is a comfort to me and my family

I just want to say how much I appreciate my Road ID. It was really helpful when I had my first (and hopefully only) bike wreck, not too long ago.
