I couldn't remember my medication list

The decision to go for a short bike ride- to have breakfast down the road- ended with me in the hospital.  As I was riding there, I had to lay my bike down to avoid being hit by a careless motorist in a four way intersection.  I could tell my leg was wounded severely. With the help of a kind bystander I was able to get back on my bike and head for home, to assess the damage.  I didn't realize how badly my calf was cut until I got home.  I quickly dressed the wound and drove myself to the hospital.  The ER nurse started asking me questions about my medications, etc. that I could not answer.  I just gave her my Road ID and they used my serial and PIN number to get all the information they needed.  While waiting for 25cc of Novocain and 22 stitches to close my wound, I started telling the medical staff around me all about your wonderful product.  Thanks Road ID for being there for me when I needed it the most.
