How do I attach the Shoe ID to my shoes?
One size fits all. The Shoe ID’s versatile velcro-style strap secures to any lace-up shoe. Simply slide the bottom strap behind the bottom two or three laces on your shoe. Then, flip the top strap down to secure it in place. When needed, you can easily transfer the Shoe ID from one pair of shoes to another.
Can I add badges to my Shoe ID?
Yes. You can add up to 2 badges to your Shoe ID strap.
Is the Shoe ID faceplate compatible with other ROAD iD bands?
Oh yeah. The faceplate works with:
- Elite bands (19mm only)
- Sport Pin-Tuck bands (19mm only)
- Nylon Loop bands (19mm only)
- Universal Sidekick strap (19mm only)
How do I clean it?
In your sink. Just wash the band with warm water and your soap of choice. Don't forget to clean under the faceplate—grit likes to camp out under there.
Can I wear it in the pool?
Yup. Swim, shower, surprise rainstorms, steam room, bubble bath, slip-n-slide, hot tub—no problem.

Of course! We even offer a "real" guarantee - you know, like companies used to offer. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Additionally, our stainless steel ID carries a lifetime guarantee. That's right, if you are tough enough to wear out our stainless steel, laser engraved ROAD iD, we will replace it at no charge. We challenge you to destroy them (through natural wear - gunshots and hand grenades don't count).
NOTE: Our lifetime guarantee applies to the stainless steel ID plate only. The bands and straps that they are attached to are not covered for life. We do, however, offer low-cost replacement bands and straps for all of our IDs.
