As a First Responder for almost 14 years (and also an avid cyclist), I can't emphasize enough the importance of Road ID. First Responders, EMS providers and law enforcement agencies need to have immediate access to a person's medical information and emergency contact phone numbers. Being a First Responder for so many years, I quickly learned the importance of having this information available when assisting an injured person.
Our roads and trails are used by many bikers, runners, walkers and others for training and exercising. I encourage everyone who is out there enjoying life, to stop taking chances with their life and start wearing ID. My wife and I would never go out without our Interactive Road IDs. Please familiarize yourself with Road ID and select the ID that is right for you...it is just a smart thing to do.
