The FIXX ID was the first (and only) ID we offered way back in 1999. Our take on the classic military dog tag design, it remains one of the most recognizable forms of ID on the planet. And thankfully, after a brief hiatus, it’s back and better than ever! The FIXX now features a sleek, matte finish for improved legibility, 7 lines of text and a more durable design that just might save your neck one day.

I love it. I am, however, going to have someone fuse it as eventually it will come apart at the "clasp" which is what happened to me before and I had to reorder. Bracelets are not always my best approach although I love them too. Call it a girl thing - trying to coordinate colors, etc. Still it is the greatest product and I proudly promote it whenever I can. Thanks!!!
I use two of them, one for identification and the other to let a hospital or EMT know about specifics like defibrillator, etc. I am a 78 yea old cyclist and want to be easily identifiable if injured. These Fixx ID Dog Tags are better than the USAF originals I wore once. I am also old enough to remember Jim Fixx. Road ID is a great example of an entrepreneur seeing a need and filling it. These are not the first items I have bought from Road ID and hopefully will not be the last.
Absolutely love the quality of the tags. Everything is easy to read! Definitely ordering another
I have moved several times over the past twenty years and everytime I do, I re-load my dog tag id. I am an avid country road bikr rider and I have always been concerned about being knocked into a ditch unconscious. So I wear my dog tag and ride with the sense that I would be identified in an emergency. That's good. SB
I love the Road ID dog tags and find they are great gifts for my riding friends. My mother-in-law, aged 91, says it is the best piece of jewelry she owns, so I just sent her an updated one. I am sorry to see that the previous choices of tag styles are no longer available.
