I have given my wife some peace of mind since I started wearing my Road ID. About a month ago, we were on vacation in Florida. I went out for a bike ride and was hit hard by a car. There I was, out and incoherent. I couldn't state my name or give an emergency contact to the paramedics. It made me realize, later, how important ID can be in the event of an accident.I am very grateful that it didn’t turn out worse than it did. I am happy to say that after a few weeks recovery and some bike repair, I am back on the roads again.
My RoadID will always be a part of my riding gear, along with my helmet, gloves, glasses and dressing routine.
