I ride around western Michigan, mostly. I was hit by a an SUV 3 years ago by a very pregnant (and very pretty) hysterical young lady. I downplayed my injuries because I was concerned about her stress and being pregnant. I asked someone with a van to give me a ride home and doesn't seek medical help.
One of the people who stopped to help me (I was really jacked up pretty badly), took a pic of my Road ID , tracked me down, and checked in on me later, and took me to the ER. I had a concussion , broken collar bone, broken foot, and had to have my thumb rebuilt. Things would have been worse if it weren't for my Road ID and the kindness of others.
It's taken me 2 years to get back to start training again, but I'm at 2500 miles so far this year and it was time to upgrade my Road ID.
The products you all provide at Road ID make a difference.
Thank you for your part in helping us stay more safe.
