I was riding my road bike thru a small PA town

Good morning. Happy Easter. On 3/31 around 2:00 I was riding my road bike thru a small PA town. When, from a side street, a car pulled out in front of me. I was probably traveling at somewhere around 25 mph. I swerved and braked to miss the car, which I did. Unfortunately, I went down very hard being knocked unconscious and bleeding from my right cheek.
A very special thanks to the woman who was behind me & watched it all happen. She & the police officer found my Road ID and contacted my wife while I was being prepped for my ambulance ride.
Thankful for no broken bones and only 13 stitches. I shall return. I currently own an older ankle ID and will be ordering a new wrist ID very soon.
Thanks again for your product. It's not something you really like to use but it is very useful in bad situations.
