I was out for a ride when I was struck by a full size Cadillac going 60 MPH. The driver never slowed down. My body tore his front bumper off, broke the windshield and side windows, tore the side mirrors off and was launched 30 feet through the air into someone's yard. The paramedics that arrived on the scene used my Road ID to call my wife and gather my medical information. I have started to ride again, and hope to be fully back on the roads soon. I believe Road ID had a part in saving my life.
