Day at the Museum: ROAD iD Safely Reunites Lost Child With Parents

“In my work as a fireman in Phoenix, I’d seen ROAD iD's on bikers who had been hit by cars. I decided to buy them for my wife, two sons and myself when we went on a cruise, in case we got separated. But it was actually closer to home where we ended up needing ROAD iD. We were at the local children’s museum on a crowded day when my six-year-old went down a stairwell to see a display. We followed him, but by the time we got to the bottom he was gone."

"There were hundreds of people everywhere, and we didn't know which way he went. I was surprised it happened because I don't let him out of my sight. But it did - I truly lost him."

"Thankfully, it didn’t take long to find him because of ROAD iD. In less than five minutes, a museum staff member called my cell phone. She had him at the front desk. When we got to him, he was so scared. He gave me a tight a hug and wouldn't let go for five minutes. I was so happy that his ROAD iD worked so quickly. Now, we use ROAD iD on a daily basis. The boys think they're cool. I even posted a ROAD iD poster at work. It's worth the money just to have a simple, available phone number on your child’s wrist.
