Fortunately she was wearing her Road ID bracelet

Dear Road ID - last week my wife left our house without my noticing that she had gone. The outside temperature was 97 degrees and she had gone without a hat, sunglasses or water. I looked in the neighborhood for a frantic hour or so when my mobile phone rang. A paramedic was with her and gave me his location which was one mile from our home. Fortunately she was wearing her Road ID bracelet which allowed him to contact me. She was suffering from heat exhaustion and was taken to a local hospital emergency room for four hours of hydration, observation and recovery.
