I never run or ride without my Road ID. The chief motivator for wearing ID was an accident a good friend of mind encountered back in August of this year. As an accomplished runner, he simply pushed himself too hard and had a serious heat stroke. Without any identification he remained a 'John Doe' for over 48 hours in the hospital. While I always am conservative in the heat, I know something could always happen, especially when biking, so I never leave home without my Road ID.- Scott .J from New York, NY
