Keegan Swenson has built one of the most impressive resumes in off-road cycling.
He's a UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Champion, a three-time Life Time Grand Prix Champion, and a five-time Leadville Trail 100 MTB winner and course record holder.
On race day he's a marked man. And from the outside, it can look simple: Keegan shows up, Keegan wins, and everyone else chases.
But that's not how it works in elite off-road racing. Nothing is a given. The wins are just the part that everyone sees in the media and on social.
What they don't see is the relentless work and sacrifice that happens day in and day out. The training days that start early and end in exhaustion. The mobility work, intervals, equipment testing, strength training, and recovery work that enables him to compete with the best in the world.
Get a glimpse into the work that happens when nobody is watching. Here’s Keegan’s Unseen Miles, presented by ROAD iD.
