Overcoming my fear of open water swimming to complete Triathlons.
What or who inspires you?
My boys inspire me everyday.
What goals are you chasing this year?
Completing another Marathon and a Spartan Ultra Race.
Favorite book and/or podcast for athletes?
Currently reading Primal Endurance - it’s a fantastic and educational book.
Why do you wear ROAD iD?
I wear ROAD iD for peace of mind. I bike on the road, hike strep trails and run a lot so I’m in situations often where there’s concern. Knowing that if something happens to me my family would be easily found gives me that peace of mind.
