Earlier this year, my mom, dad, and brother were visiting me from out of town. My brother is 25 and has Down Syndrome. He is verbal but can be quite hard to understand at times. In the middle of the night, for some reason, he woke up and decided to step outside and take a walk. Around 2am, a Good Samaritan returning home from work noticed him wandering and called 911. The local Sheriff arrived and approached my brother, who was completely overwhelmed and could not relay any information as to where he was staying or whom to contact. Thanks to your wonderful product, the Sheriff was able use his Road ID to call all three numbers on it. The Sheriff was able to wake my parents and return my brother safe and sound. I never thought I would have a reason to send in a testimonial, but I’m certainly glad my whole family has them!
