I was involved in a bad bike accident earlier this year and was knocked unconscious. When I came to, I could only recall my name. Even though I was with friends, they didn't know my emergency contacts. The First Responders, however, were able to use the information on my FIXX ID to contact my family. Thanks for such a great product!
