I love the Road ID App!!I sent an eCrumb to my wife and set the Stationary Alert before heading out for a ride. Not even a mile from home, I was struck by a car and thrown from my bike. I laid in someone's front yard in pain and waited for responding officers to arrive. Meanwhile, the App sent an alert message to my wife who was able to locate me using the eCrumb map and arrive on the spot within minutes.
I consider myself lucky as I was able to get back up and ride home with a bruised elbow and hip. While my wife was nervous when she received the App alert messages, she was relieved to respond so quickly when I had a real emergency.
