The Nylon Loop band comes in three distinct sizes: small, medium/large and extra large. Each size is fully adjustable.
Small
13mm: fits wrists 4.75 in - 6.5 in (120mm - 165mm)
19mm: fits wrist 5 in - 7 in (127mm - 177mm)
Medium/Large
13mm: fits wrists 6.5 in - 8 in (165mm - 203mm)
19mm: fits wrists 6.5 in - 8.5 in (165mm - 215mm)
Extra Large
13mm: fits wrists 8 in - 10 in (203mm - 254mm)
19mm: fits wrist 8 in - 10.5 in (203mm - 266mm)
How to Measure
Grab a piece of string (or anything string-ish). Wrap it around your wrist where you'd want the wrist band to sit. Mark the string where it overlaps. Then measure it with a ruler. Voilà - you've found the perfect wrist band size.
