One size fits most. Wrap the band around your wrist. Pin it at the desired size. Then tuck the end of the band through the loop. When finished, give yourself a hearty pat on the back.
Pro Tip: Simply slide the ID up or down the band to achieve the best look. I think the ID looks best when the faceplate is closer to the ROAD iD logo.
