Custom Orders will ship on Tuesday, March 16, 2010
If your order includes any "customized" items (i.e. ID products), and is completed by 3/12/2010 5:00 PM ET, your order will ship on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. (A Custom Order is any order that contains 1 or more items that must be custom engraved.)

Non-Custom Orders will ship on Monday, March 15, 2010
If your "non-custom" order is completed by 12:00 PM, ET TODAY, your order will ship on Monday, March 15, 2010. (A Non-Custom Order is any order that does NOT contain ANY items that need to be custom engraved.)
