Item arrived on time with engraving exactly as I requested. 3 bands come with the Wrist ID but for women I think only the largest will fit. Instructions weren't included. I could have guessed how to put the ID on the band but since my original band had to be cut and then have the clasp attached, I was concerned it was TOO easy. I contacted Road ID and they sent a link to a video that was a few seconds long and showed how easy it was to attach. This is a gift and I think my friend will be pleased.
