My experience was awesome! I was kept up-to-date on the process, each step of the way. And, I was extremely satisfied with the way the product looked once I received it. The gift recipient also was very happy with the final product. My only mistake was I missed a line on the road ID, but that’s my fault. I would definitely check in again in further products for the future.
It’s adequate. I was hoping for better quality. It’s stiff, perhaps will soften with use? The emblems slide around. I had to use pliers with a cloth underneath to crimp them in place. Any other suggestions about this? I love your ID. I have Myasthenia Gravis, which is rare and complicated disease, and another condition that requires awareness. The ID allows me to include much more info than the traditional medical ID. I like that I can edit my own online info and attach documents. You are very helpful before, during, and after purchase.
