What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment? 

Riding DirtyKanza 2018 on my singlespeed and finishing 3rd.

What or who inspires you? 

Plant-based athletes, athletes who compete at the highest level while doing things outside their sport (i.e. working full time, running a nonprofit, volunteering), strong women who lead by example, who are fierce and fearless, also companies who are doing the right things for the right reasons -sustainable, organic, eco-models with attention on workplace environment and health and wellness for their employees. In a nutshell- I am inspired by people and companies who make this world a better place,

What goals are you chasing this year? 

TransRockies 2019 -my first ultra event EVER plus a week of camping!

Favorite book and/or podcast for athletes? 

I Love Finding Ultra by Rich Roll and the RR podcast, Game Changers by Dave Asprey, and the Bulletproof Podcast.

Why do you wear ROAD iD? 

So that if I'm ever hit, hurt, injured, or pass out for some reason on a walk, hike, bike, swim, run, first responders can call my family and let them know!

Favorite style of ROAD iD? 

ANY! Love the rose gold colors ;)
