Running relay from DC to NYC last year to raise awareness for World Down Syndrome Day and beating a snow storm in the process!

Another Marathon PR in the fall!

Born to Run by Christopher McDougall (as I'm a barefoot runner as well)
Why do you wear ROAD iD?
Peace of mind...& I care for my friends & family to always run, bike, etc. safely!
