I placed an order. Then I needed to add a wrist band. Initially I was declined to allow to add to the order. I submitted the issue via feedback. Your company promptly responded and allowed me to add the band. I have been a client since 2013. You are a responsive, great company.

its been a few years since my first faceplate, I should have updated a couple of years back when a contact # changed but I kept putting it off. Happy to say all updated now, feeling confident should an emergency occur, or just my arm is found, the correct people will be called. I absolutely cannot stand carrying a bag - I have even moved all ID to my phone instead of carrying it. my roadid makes emergency contact & medical even easier-- nothing to unlock. great product, fast service, highly recommend to all.
