Evergreen Smoothie  

2 cups spinach

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 nectarine

1/4 cup mandarin oranges (in fruit juice)

1/4 cup English cucumbers

1/4 cup carrots

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp milled flaxseed

Splash of lemon

1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

Ice

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth. 

Prep Time: 10 mins | Makes 2 servings


Making Mad Beets + Berries Smoothie

1 cup spinach

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup pickled beets

1/4 cup celery

1/4 cup carrots

1 tbsp milled flaxseed

Splash of lemon

1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)

1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)

1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

Ice

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
