EXPECTATIONS
  • Provide “knock your socks off” service to each customer via phone, email & live chat communication
  • Fill the role as 'watchdog' by reporting any issues, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies within our product line or systems
  • Create ROAD iD evangelists through customer interactions

BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to problem solve, think on your toes, and develop creative solutions
  • Strong typing skills
  • Able to work independently and be a team player
  • Ability to adapt to new software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer service experience preferred

Full Time:
Day shifts available (9am - 5pm / Monday - Friday)

Part Time:
Day shift available (includes Saturday)

All positions are based in the heart of Covington, KY. Our headquarters is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and several parks, including downtown Cincinnati's Smale Park.
