NAMIBikes Utah, The GLMR Century
Cycling 100 Mi
For the past four years, the GLMR (Gary Ludlow Memorial Ride) was a metric century to honor Gary, his family and other victims who have suffered the affects of mental illness and suicide. Proceeds from this event had been donated to NAMI Utah (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).
This year, NAMIBikes Utah and The GLMR have combined forces. Empowered by NAMI's support and national brand recognition, we are excited to bring you this year's event: NAMIBikes Utah, The GLMR.
Besides having a new name, we also have a new route, a full 100 mile century in addition to the 60 and 40 milers of the past. The ride will start in Springville, loop all the way down to Nephi and back. The routes all combine for some of the safest and most enjoyable riding in Utah. So, please come and ride with us to raise awareness and fight the stigma of mental illness.
