FAQ

Is the Scout ID available in interactive?

Most of our IDs are available in two versions: Interactive and Original. The Scout ID, however, is only available in the Original Version. This classic and popular version will allow you to engrave up to 6 lines of emergency information. Currently, the Interactive version is reserved for our less-furry, two-legged customers. If you don't know the difference between the two versions you can watch the Interactive Demo and/or Compare the two versions.

Are they guaranteed?

Of course! All of our products come with a genuine satisfaction guarantee. In addition to this, the ID tag (the stainless steel part of the ID) has a lifetime guarantee. If you are tough enough to wear your Road ID out, then we will replace it at no charge. I challenge you to destroy them (through natural wear - gunshots and hand grenades don't count).
