How does the Road ID Event Sponsorship Program Work?
The program is quite simple. We provide your event with a FREE listing in our Event
Calendar, FREE Road ID Gift Certificates, and FREE Race Bibs - Up to 500 free bibs.
Additional bibs only $4
per 100 (4 cents each). In exchange
for this sponsorship, we ask that you help us spread the word about the need for
athletes to wear ID when they race and train. How? All we ask is that you include
a Road ID Brochure in each of your participants' goodie
bags.
It's really that simple.

Do you want a list of our event's participants?
NO. We do NOT want a list of your event's participants names and addresses. In fact,
if you send a list, it will face a most unfortunate demise - the shredder.

How do I get started?
If you have an account set up already, simply
Log In. If you don't already have an account set up, you need to start by
creating an account. Creating an
account is easy and only needs to be done one time.

How many Road ID Gift Certificates will you provide my event?
The number of gift certificates (sample below) that an event is given is determined
by the size (number of participants) of the event. To find out how many certificates
your race will receive, do one of the following:
- Call 800.345.6336 (Mon-Thur 8-6 / Fri 9-4:30 ET).
- Email

- Log in and "Add and Event." The event registration system will be specific about
the sponsorship package.

What type of Gift Certificates do you provide?
Below, is what your Gift Certificates will look like. They can be
given to division winners, used as door prizes, raffle prizes, or given to special
volunteers, guests, etc. Each Gift Certificate has a value of $15 and is fully transferable.
They can be redeemed via mail, fax, online at RoadID.com, or by calling customer
service at 800-345-6336.

What type of Race Bibs do you provide?
The FREE Road ID Race Bibs are 7 ½" x 5 ¾" and are printed on tear resistant Tyvek.
We are happy to provide you with as many bibs as you need.

Do you supply safety pins for the bibs?
We sure can. When you register for the Event Sponsorship Program, we give you the
opportunity to purchase safety pins for the super low price of $12 per box (1440
pins per box).

What type of brochure do you want me to put in the goodie bags?

What if I don't have Goodie Bags to put the brochures in?
We prefer that you place our brochures in your participants' goodie bags. In the absence
of bags, we ask you to distribute the brochures to every participant in the most
effective
alternative manner.

What is Road ID's mission?
Our mission is two fold: One, to educate outdoor enthusiasts (runners, cyclists,
triathletes, skiers, snow boarders, kayakers, walkers, and anyone that doesn’t spend
all of their time on the couch) about the importance of wearing ID. Two, to provide
these athletes with innovative identification products that they will want to include
as part of their gear.
