We recommend x-small and small for children up to about 7 years old and perhaps medium for children 8 and older. For reference most adults choose Medium and Large sizes. If you need further clarification of sizing you can use our dollar bill trick.
Sure! This comparison will show you the difference between the two. Original provides all information on the ID. Interactive includes an online Emergency Support profile accessible by our operator and first responders 24/7.
Absolutely. At the end of the process you will have the ability to add additional bands to your order in any color you like.
It sure is. You can easily transfer the Slim ID plate to any color Wrist Band Slim. So, let's say you bought the Wrist ID Slim in black, but now you want the red one to match a shiny red road bike that you just purchased. No problem here. Simply buy a red Wrist Band Slim ($1.00) and transfer the ID plate. If you want, you can buy all seven colors...but you only need one Slim ID plate.

Our 5 year old daughter ran a kids marathon in Nashville the other weekend. It was her first time running a race 'all by herself.' At the end of the race, our pride and excitement turned to panic when we realized she was not at the pick-up location. We had no idea where she was, and our daughter had no idea where we were. We are so grateful that a race course official saw her and immediately asked if she knew how to contact her parents. All she said was "It's on my shoe." Next thing we knew, our cell phone was ringing and we were reunited with our daughter in minutes.
We are so thankful for such an important product, and encourage all parents to get their 'little athletes' a Road ID!

As a mother, I want to thank you. My son had a really bad seizure the other day. When the EMTs arrived, I was able to stay calm because I had all his vital data in his Road ID profile. He wears a Road ID because he has JSRDF, a rare genetic disorder. When we arrived at the hospital, the doctor in the ER also used his Road ID to print out his medical information which provided the medical staff everything they needed to properly treat him. In an emergency situation, it's hard to stay calm and remember all the details you need, but I had it all right there...my son was wearing his Interactive Road ID.
I'm going to spread the word about your products to other families. Thank you so very much for being a tremendous asset for me and my son.

Both my children (ages 2 and 4) have Road IDs. I wear mine 24/7 and they wanted one just like Dad, so I figured, why not? We recently went to NYC for the triathlon and stayed at the event's host hotel. The doors were always wide open, as there was a constant flow of bikes in and out. We were on our way out for dinner, when my 4 year old takes off running down the hallway as we left our room. Seconds later, I'm at the elevators but he is gone! He must have gotten on the waiting elevator. We immediately notified security and had them call all the elevators to the ground floor...but they were empty of any 4 year olds.
I ran out to the NYC street imagining the worst...scanning the streets I didn't see him. It had only been 5 minutes but now we were really scared...when suddenly our phones started ringing. I completely forgot he had his Road ID on. I was elated to hear the voice on the other side of the phone say "Hello Mr. Petersen, we have your son Max up here on the 40th floor." We rushed up there to find him happily eating a cookie, surrounded by about 20 people. As soon as my wife saw him she was in tears and every parent there said 'I'm getting one of those for my kid!'
We are so thankful Max's first solo elevator ride went up, and he ran into people with good hearts. If he didn't have his Road ID and went out on the street, I shudder to think of how many calls to police and hospitals we would have to make in search of him.
